Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan internet sebag ai media untuk mencari sumber informasi. Dengan memanfaatkan mdia sumber informasi yang ada banyak masyarakat yang mencari informasi dngan salah satunya adalah mencari informas tentang solusi kerusakan printer canon menurut data otentk meurut para pakar. Dengan adanya penyedia media informasi sistem ini, masyarakat dpat mggunkannya sebagai media penyedia informasi tentang solusi kerusakan printer. Menggunkan metode backwar chaining sistem dapat menyaring data-data otentk pada sistem untuk menentukan solusi keruakan printer. Sehingga masyarakat dapa dengan mudah menyaring informasi data printer dan solusi kerusakan dengan menggunakan sistem ini. Jadi tidak hanya masyarakat yang memiliki keahlian dalam bidang printer, namun bnyak sebagian orang bisa mencari informasi melalui sistem ini. With various kinds of printing machine damage, people who want to determine the focal point of the problems faced in printering machine damage. Many people do not understand what they have to do to overcome it, especially if the person has little knowledge of the machine that is damaged. This research is an implementation of web-based backward chaining, with the aim of making it easier for users to determine solutions to printing machine damage and do not need to ask the experts directly. In this research the process of finding a solution to the damage to the printer machine by using the backward chaining method that implements the search process from the beginning of the symptoms of the symptoms that are possible to be the core of the problem and proceed to the next symptoms to produce a diagnosis of the problem. The results of the solution in the expert system of identifying the damage to the printing machine must match specific symptoms in the database that has been inputted by the admin so that it can produce the right solution data. The solution data is displayed to the user after the user selects a symptom clue and appears on the diagnostic results page.
